Private Client With Little Time and Visa Application Issue

The perfect property was found and a deal agreed but during the final "Right to Rent" checks our client realised he'd made a mistake with his partner's visa application which would cause a three-month delay. The property agent cancelled the deal, but we realised there may be a solution and contacted UK Visas and Immigration.

We confirmed a solution and, once the property agent had verified, the deal was back on so our client could move in as planned.

This would have been an almost impossible situation for our client to deal with alone; they would have lost their holding deposit and been required to restart the search process.
