The governance side of preparing for investment

Tuesday 27 October at 1:00PM

Ready for growth? Learn how effective governance can boost investor confidence, support funding ambitions, and help your business achieve its growth goals.

What you’ll learn

  • Getting your governance right for investment
  • How governance should be an accelerator not a brake
  • What roles you have as a founder-CEO

Description

Governance isn't just for large corporations. Done well, it can help your business to maximise success, strengthen resilience, and support sustainable growth.

As you prepare to scale and seek equity or debt investment, investors will be looking for a business that is well-managed, robust, and capable of delivering on its ambitions. A strong governance framework can help build that confidence.

This webinar explores why good governance matters and provides practical guidance for founder CEOs on how to put the right structures in place before, and in the early stages of, securing investment. It will help you create a business that is investment-ready, growth-focused, and positioned for long-term success.
