Description
The Employment Rights Act 2025 received Royal Assent in December 2025 and amends existing legislation, including the Employment Rights Act 1996.
This session will give a recap on those reforms already in place including, including changes to sick pay and family‑related rights. It will also look ahead at what’s changing in areas such as dismissal rules, and new protections for zero‑hours and agency workers. It will explain what has changed, the details of changes expected in October, and what changes are expected in 2027.
You will leave with the knowledge to review your policies, update systems and support managers as these changes roll out further through 2027.
