Altios helped a veranda and garden furniture manufacturer to succeed their UK expansion through an M&A. After successfull acquisitions in Europe, the company mandated Altios to identify targets in the UK following the company's criterias. Altios screened about 30 targets and shortlisted about 10 of them. Two targets gave their approval to initiate a negotation process.
