The client's goal was to set up a subsidiary in the UK to cater for the Uk market . We assisted the company by first informing them of all the different aspects of a set up in the UK , we created the company , did all the necessary registrations, took over the payroll and the accounts in the UK, with a constant dialog with the parent company in their own language. The company is now employing 7 people in the UK and expanding.
