Polish IT company setting up a UK presence

With their Headquarters in Warsaw, Format embarked on thorough research to explore its options for expanding its presence globally.

After careful consideration, Format concluded that the UK offered a more favourable environment to expand its operations than other European countries. Following this decision Format reached out to the EBS Team to initiate the process of incorporating the company in the UK.

The newly established entity was quickly granted a prestigious contract with CERN to supply servers and data storage. As a result, Format needed a local assembly facility and EBS helped to connect the company with the University of Warwick Science Park.

EBS also facilitated Format’s expansion in the UK by assisting them in increasing their network.
