Executive Search - UK Managing Director

Our client already has an established and substantial presence in Europe and works very successfully with one of Friisberg's partners there. On hearing that the client wanted to invest and expand in the UK our European partner made an introduction to us in the UK. Soon thereafter, we had met the client to understand their plans, advised on the nature of the UK market for executive management and were commissioned to start a search for suitably qualified candidates. After careful research to ensure targeted proven people who could fulfil the role, detailed interviewing and qualification verification, we presented a shortlist of six candidates, from which the two the client preferred were flown out to meet with the client for final interviews.

The client was delighted with our work and has made a very successful appointment.
