Successful application for a Tier 1 Investor visa
Our client was the President and 51% owner of a major construction company based in Afghanistan. He wished to relocate to the UK via the Tier 1 Investor visa route, which would allow him to continue running his business in the UK.
We successfully persuaded the Home Office through written submissions and supporting documentary evidence that our client had lawfully acquired his investment funds and that these funds were genuinely available to him to invest in the UK.
Our client's application for a Tier 1 (Investor) visa was approved.
