AgriWebb invests in UK

In late 2018, Agri-Webb, a technology company based in Sydney Australia invested in FarmWizard, a small agricultural software company based in Belfast. They are now in the process of turning the renamed AgriWebb UK Ltd into a niche global player.

Baxterworld assisted with the Due Diligence prior to investment and went on to provide a complete outsourced Finance Department. This currently covers sales invoicing, keeping the books, providing payroll and VAT services, supplier payments, credit control, monthly management accounts and year-end Company and tax compliance.

We work closely with the Directors and the local sales and IT staff, and hold a weekly conference call with the Financial Controller in Sydney to inform and advise on local issues. All systems are Cloud based to ensure transparency and access from anywhere.

Co-Founder of AgriWebb, Justin Webb has said that the Baxterworld service has removed a lot of worries allowing him to focus on growing the business securely.
