Newfound assisted CoGo to execute its objectives as follows:
- Set up UK subsidiary, relocate CEO and his family to London
- Raise EIS capital
- Form UK advisory board
- Hire key commercial staff members
Newfound directors provided assistance to achieve these objectives over the course of a 3 month period. Working with CEO, introductions were made to several other professional service providers such as legal, banking, accounting and PR firms, all of which resulted in services being provided.
CoGo opened a seed round of investment in the UK on arrival. Leveraging our well-established tech advisor/investor network, Newfounddirectors contributed, sourced and introduced significant new capital to CoGo’s funding under the Enterprise Investment Scheme.
Newfound executed the search and placement of the proven UK MD whose experience will enable CoGo to scale in the UK in Europe. In addition, Newfound CEO Peter joined CoGo's advisory board to advise on future growth strategy.
