Finnish technology company establishing in the UK market

The UK subsidiary was formed in 2016.

As the first step, EBS team introduced the business to a suitable bank in order to open the UK company bank account. The company was growing fast and already had UK customers, so it was critical to have an account opened very soon.

The company needed VAT registration as well as PAYE, which was also handled by EBS.

Since being established, the UK subsidiary has grown rapidly. It now employs five people, all based in London, where the main company clients are. EBS has been handling all employee matters, payroll, pension, mobile phones, private healthcare.
