Successful application for a Sole Representative Visa

Our client, a major chemical production company in Pakistan, with a multi-million dollar turnover, contacted Richmond Chambers for immigration advice in relation to its plans to establish a commercial presence in the UK.

Our immigration barristers advised a senior employee of the parent company as to their immigration options, including the Investor visa route, Entrepreneur visa route and Sole Representative of an Overseas Business visa route.

We were subsequently instructed to prepare an application for entry clearance as a Sole Representative of an Overseas Business for the senior employee.
