Description
Join us for an inspiring session with Alison Lea-Wilson MBE, founder and Managing Director of Halen Môn – Anglesey Sea Salt Company, a business that truly walks the walk when it comes to responsible growth.
Founded in 1997, Halen Môn has grown from a small, local food producer into an internationally recognised brand, all the while staying rooted in its community and values. In 2023, the company became a certified B Corp, committing to an inclusive, equitable and regenerative way of doing business.
Alison will share honest insights from her journey, from building resilience through collaboration cluster (even with competitors), to navigating the economic shock of Brexit. You’ll hear how retrenching, diversifying and continuous innovation have helped the business not just survive, but thrive. Expect practical takeaways, real-world lessons and plenty of inspiration for any organisation looking to future-proof itself sustainably.
About Halen Môn – Anglesey Sea Salt Company
Halen Môn started from an idea, but one always rooted in its brand values.
From day one we were clear about our markets, our need for sustainable growth and our honesty and transparency.
Our brand values form the framework for our continued growth.[S(1]
Hear about how this has opened up markets, how we have spread the risk by changing our products (always within our ethos) and adapted to changing circumstances.
