James Dunne is Head of Transport Planning, Capital Investments at Iarnród Éireann (Irish Rail). Having held roles with Dublin Airport, the UK Department for Transport where he worked on the Intercity West Coast and led passenger policy for the Williams Rail Review, he has helped shape transport policy and investment planning across both Ireland and the UK.
