What you’ll learn
- How rules of origin determine whether goods qualify for preferential tariffs
- Where Trade Agreements may create opportunities for UK traders
- How cumulation can affect an origin assessment and what evidence and records are needed to support a preference claim
Description
Using practical examples, our speakers will show how origin rules apply, where cumulation can change the outcome and what traders should check before claiming preference. You will leave with a clearer understanding of the evidence, records and internal checks needed to make better use of trade agreements.
