Description
The EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) has important implications for businesses placing consumer products on the EU market. Designed to strengthen product safety rules, the regulation applies to goods not already covered by specific EU standards and CE marking, while also extending to some products when sold online or through distance sales. Its scope is broad, covering not only new products but also second-hand, repaired, reconditioned and recycled goods.
For many UK businesses selling consumer products into the EU, this creates new responsibilities and a greater need to understand where they sit within the supply chain. In this webinar, we’ll explain what the GPSR covers, who it affects, and the practical steps businesses should take to prepare.
Join this session to gain a clearer understanding of your obligations, reduce compliance risk, and help ensure your products continue to reach EU customers smoothly.
