Description
The EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) introduces major new rules for businesses placing packaging on the EU market. Replacing the previous directive, it creates a single EU-wide framework and expands Extended Producer Responsibility obligations. In this webinar, businesses will gain a clear overview of what PPWR covers, from packaging design and material choices to labelling, recycling and waste management. We’ll explain the key requirements, including limits on single-use plastics, recycled content targets, restrictions on substances of concern such as PFAS, and the likely impact on costs and compliance. Join this session to understand what the regulation means in practice and how your business can start preparing now.
