Description

As the European Union introduces new customs requirements, fees, and data obligations, UK exporters face an increasingly complex trading environment. Understanding these changes is no longer just about compliance. It's about protecting margins, maintaining a seamless customer experience, and ensuring your business remains competitive in the EU market.

Join us for a practical, business-focused webinar designed to help exporters understand what is changing, what actions they need to take, and how they can adapt successfully.

We'll explain the latest EU customs reforms, including mandatory Product Identifiers (PIDs), the new €3 customs duty, customs handling fees, and other measures affecting B2C, e-commerce, and business shipments. Using real product examples, we'll show how customs charges are calculated, why multiple fees may apply to a single shipment, and where reliefs such as the Florence Agreement may be available.

Beyond compliance, we'll explore strategies that can help businesses reduce costs, minimise customs delays, improve recipient experience, and optimise their supply chains in a rapidly evolving cross-border landscape. You'll learn about practical tools, technologies, and shipping solutions that can enhance visibility, improve customs accuracy, and create a more efficient route to market across Europe.

Whether you're already exporting to the EU or planning future growth, this session will provide the insight, guidance, and practical actions needed to navigate change with confidence and turn regulatory challenges into a competitive advantage.
