Launching a Fintech Lender

Knowing that the market hasn't seen much differentiation in the lending space we kicked off the project with a market research exercise to really see what customers were after.

We have supported our client with creating the business plan, sales and marketing strategy including brand creation and PR in order to bring something fresh and ambitious to the market.

Given our great network of fintech experts, we also created a target state ecosystem and supported them with vendor selection as well as specific country entry requirements.

We defined the market strategy for the new lending products in two new markets and signed new partners for distribution.
