Description
All UK organisations, including online retailers, who place packaged products into the German market must adhere to German Packaging Laws. This means organisations are responsible for financing the recycling of the packaging of their goods which ends up as waste with the final consumer including plastic, cardboard and glass packaging.
This session will be hosted by Dr. Bettina Sunderdiek and Stephan Pult from the German National Authority "Central Agency Packaging Register". Join us to explore the requirements under German Packaging Act that you must adhere to; steps to register your packaging in Germany; how to find support to meet your requirements; what the role of the German Central Agency Packaging Register is and finally, we'll cover the support available from Department for Business and Trade (DBT) team in Germany to help you.
