Company outline

Venterra is a dedicated offshore wind services platform established in 2021. It supports the rapid expansion of the offshore wind industry by providing a wide range of services to developers and tier one contractors across the full lifecycle of offshore wind projects.

Venterra is made up of 10 member companies including Balltec, CAPE Holland, FoundOcean, Gavin & Doherty Geosolutions, INSPIRE Environmental, Naver Energy, Oceanscan, Ordtek, Osbit, and Partrac. Through its member companies, Venterra has three main offshore wind service areas:

• engineering, including concept design, environmental consenting, and geotechnical, hydrographic, metocean and UXO surveys
• construction, including foundation component supply, procurement and fabrication, project management and structural grouting services
• support services, from operation and maintenance services through to decommissioning

Venterra places a strong emphasis on innovation. This includes leading the utilisation of greener construction materials and nature-based design to reduce the impact of offshore wind on marine habitats.

Venterra operates globally and has a global track record across Europe, APAC and North America. Venterra has provided offshore wind energy services to more than:

• 95% of projects in the UK
• 90% of projects in the rest of Europe
• 60% of projects in the USA
• 25% of projects in APAC
