Company Outline
Founded in 2005, Xodus is a global energy consultancy providing engineering, environmental and advisory services to the offshore energy sectors. For the offshore wind industry, Xodus advises project developers, governments, sector enablers and supply chain companies on strategic, technical and commercial matters. It has significant experience in both fixed and floating offshore wind, and is active across Europe, the US and Asia-Pacific (APAC), including Japan.
Its core services include:
- markets and supply chain analysis, utilising its internal databases, market intelligence data and Geographic Information System (GIS) solutions
- project commercial analysis, including wind resource and energy yield assessments, Capital Expenditures (CAPEX), Operating Expenditures (OPEX), and Levelized Cost Of Energy (LCOE) modelling, and technical and commercial due diligence
- consenting support, including on environmental regulations, and site data collection, management and analysis
- engineering services for projects at concept design, including pre-FEED, Front End Engineering Design (FEED) and detailed design
- engineering services for offshore cables and interconnectors, including cable burial risk assessment, array cable layout and optimisation and installation engineering
Xodus develops in-house solutions to increase the value it brings to offshore wind stakeholders. This includes XAMIN, a one-stop digital platform for asset data management.
