Including finding suitable candidates, sifting applications and filling skills gaps. You can also connect with potential hires before recruiting, helping you find motivated young people ready to contribute from day one.
Funding that reduces your costs
Financial support worth up to £8,000 is available for eligible businesses hiring a young person. This includes a £3,000 Youth Jobs Grant and apprenticeship hiring payments worth up to £5,000, plus fully funded apprenticeship training and no employer National Insurance contributions for apprentices under 25. For upskilling your existing team, Apprenticeship Units offer flexible, targeted training for staff aged 19 and over.

You don't have to gamble on a hire. Sector-based Work Academy Programmes (SWAPs) and skills bootcamps give you expert support to shape training around your needs, so you can see if you and a candidate are a good fit. Backed by funded pre-employment training, people arrive with the basics already in place, including health and safety and CSCS or equivalent.
