Bolaji Olatoye is the founder of Altitude AI Consulting, where he specialises in implementing AI-powered sales infrastructure and content creation systems for growing businesses. With over 20 years of experience spanning banking operations and government contracting, Bolaji brings a practical, systems-oriented approach to AI adoption.

As a Fellow of the Institute of Employability Professionals and IEP Global Capability Partner, Bolaji currently advises the Nigerian National Council for Arts and Culture on AI governance frameworks. He has delivered keynote presentations on AI implementation at prestigious venues including the UK House of Lords and Singapore Tech Week.

Bolaji's consultancy serves approximately 20 clients across various sectors, helping them leverage AI tools like ElevenLabs, HeyGen, and Vapi.ai to create professional-grade content at scale. His methodology emphasises authentic, relationship-first approaches to business development, ensuring AI enhances rather than replaces human connection. Based in Gravesend, Kent, Bolaji runs Altitude AI Consulting as a family business with his wife.
