He has worked in 46 countries with organisations from Microsoft to local SMEs, specialising in leadership, cultural transformation, sales effectiveness, and diversity & inclusion. A Master Facilitator and Coach, Earl combines business insight with creative thinking and clear communication. He holds an MSc in HRD, is a long‑standing Chartered CIPD member, and dedicates part of his time to community causes. Wherever he speaks or facilitates, Earl brings energy, empathy, and impact.
