Case Study 2 – Japanese Tier 1 Automotive Supplier

The company was awarded a significant grant through the Automotive Transformation Fund (ATF), with UNW engaged jointly by Government and the company to undertake financial due diligence. We were then retained to support the establishment of the UK subsidiary, delivering services including due diligence on the ATF application, business plan preparation and visa support, cloud-based bookkeeping, management and statutory accounts, VAT and employment taxes advice, corporation tax compliance, and preparation of grant documentation to support payments. The company is now firmly established in the UK, actively recruiting staff and progressing with the development of its new manufacturing facility.
