Company description
Started in 1999 husband and wife team Mark and Maria began making the relishes in their cafe in the tourist village of Hawkshead, they soon branched out and created a brand that now sells to markets worldwide. They operate from a 16thC barn on the edge of Esthwaite Lake, using the same traditional techniques and quality ingredients. They have built up a loyal following and both received MBE's awarded by Her Majesty The Queen in 2011 in regcognition of their services to the food industry in the region.
