A US company specialising in fault-tolerant solutions for distributed systems sought our assistance to help with their expansion into Europe, starting with the UK. The company's EMEA General Manager required assistance with the subsidiary set up and management of compliance for EMEA operations to allow them to focus on product development, team growth, and increasing sales.
