Market launch, finding customers and setting up Limited

Following a market assessment which revealed numerous opportunities, VST was launched at the Austrian Trade Commission in London. The event was organised professionally and well-attended by key decision-makers. Having invited relevant contacts to the event, we followed up and received many positive responses and enquiries.
This encouraged VST to set up their UK limited company and we co-ordinated this with accountants with a particular focus on the construction industry.
VST also requested that we act as interim Managing Director and sole shareholder of the newly-formed subsidiary whilst we were finding a permanent MD. This proved also useful during the process of opening the bank account.
