Winning projects, setting up Limited and interim management

Oschatz, a German manufacturer of power plants required a presence in the UK. Konduit set up the Limited company, opened the bank account and provided the interim Managing Director.
Konduit searched and selected technical staff, developed project opportunities, networked in the market (including industry association) and participated in contract negotiations.
