Description
View Changes Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to remodel the Chapel at the Fort Wayne VAMC. This will include but is not limited to the following.
Remodel the Fort Wayne Chapel. Demolition as stated in the drawings and specifications. Construction as stated in the drawings and specifications. Adherence to all infection control requirements given in the drawings and specifications.
A non-destructive hazardous materials survey was provided in the project package. As such the contractor may encounter other hazardous material (asbestos containing material, lead based paint) during demolition.
All work to be completed at the VA- Northern Indiana Health Care – Fort Wayne Campus, 2121 Lake Ave., Fort Wayne, IN 46805.
Work to be completed within 183 calendar days from notice to proceed.
