This solicitation is Set-Aside 100% for SDVOSB.

Provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment to Replace Elevated Water Storage Tank located at the G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VAMC, 1500 E. Woodrow Wilson Drive, Jackson, MS 39216. The scope of this RFP is identified in the provided Drawings and Specifications to include, but not limited to:

Site preparation

Furnish and install new 100 hp water well

Furnish and install new treatment station / building and associated electrical

Furnish and install new 300,000 gal composite storage tank

Removal of existing 50,000 storage tank

Removal of existing electrical / treatment station

Site restoration

Site visit is scheduled for: Thursday, May 9, 2019 at 10:00 am (CST).

Location: G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VAMC

1500 E. Woodrow Wilson Drive,

I-Bldg, Room I-101, Engineering Plan Room,

Jackson, MS 39216

All RFI s are required not later than May 22, 2019 2:00pm (CST)
