Description

The prison hospital NRW (JVK) intends the new acquisition of a computer tomograph (CT) as a replacement for the previous 16-row. The JVK Fröndenberg is comparable to a hospital of the basic and standard care with the main departments surgery and interior as well as psychiatry. There are also orthopaedic, gynaecological, ENT and urological beds. The CT images are evaluated by an external radiological practice. CT diagnostics must take into account the latest radiation-saving techniques and fulfil the above-mentioned requirements:- standard CT examinations of the entire body with automatic reconstructions,- low-dose techniques for e.g. Diagnostics of drug containers in the intestine, urological stone diagnostics, virtual coloscopy, CT angiographies, e.g. in the context of arteriosclerosis diagnostics (pAVK, renal arteries, carotid artery), optionally with CT perfusion in stroke, CT osteodesitometry for osteoporosis diagnostics, HR procedures for lung diseases such as e.g. Fibrosis, emphysema, optionally with evaluation software for interventional lung therapy such as segment switch-offs in emphysema,- optionally with suitable KM injection syringe (alternatively: continued operation of the existing syringe: Medtron Accutron CT-D),- integrated cooling system with heat exchanger to minimize heat dissipation to the room air in the examination room.As a minimum standard a 32-line technique of the latest generation is required, optionally higher-quality devices for e.g. coronary diagnostics can be offered additionally. The highest possible load-bearing capacity of the examination couch (body weight of at least 200 kg required) is desired. The CT device is to be set up and operated in the current CT room. Existing infrastructure could be taken over if necessary. The acceptance test shall be carried out by the contractor, as shall full maintenance and constancy tests. Reference lists for existing installations and also an on-site appointment for the concrete project planning (before submitting an offer) are required.
