The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Healthcare System of the Ozarks (VHSO), Fayetteville, Arkansas seeks Expressions of Interest for Approximately 10,000 ABOA (Net Usable Square Feet) of Space for the VA in Jay, Oklahoma.

Description: The VA currently occupies medical and related space in a building under lease in Jay, OK that will be expiring. The Government will consider alternative space if it is economically advantageous. The Government will consider among other things the availability of alternative space that can potentially satisfy the requirements listed above as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, i.e. physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements, information technology and telecommunication infrastructure and not productive agency downtime.
Offered space must meet the Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the lease (if this notice results in a lease). A fully serviced lease is required, and the offered space shall not be located in a 100-year flood plain.
