Description

the purpose of this consultation is to provide web consultancy and recommendations, the creation, development, hosting and maintenance of a website, and copywriting, editorial secretarial services and rewriting for the web for the Société de Livraison des Ouvrages Olympiques (Solideo).
Lot 1 covers web consultancy and recommendations, creation, development, hosting, backup, security and maintenance of a website ("digital platform") to ensure the legacy of all the intangible achievements accomplished by SOLIDEO throughout its lifetime.lot 1 comprises the following missions:- mission 1 - strategic advice and web recommendations- mission 2 - design and development- mission 3 - hosting, maintenance, referencing and analyticsit includes a part which comes under the public procurement system, with a global and fixed price, and a part which comes under the framework agreement system giving rise to the issue of purchase orders, remunerated by the application of a unit price schedule, as governed by articles L. 2125-1- 1° and R. 2162-1 et seq. of the French Public Procurement Code. This last part is concluded with no minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 100,000 euro(s) excl. tax over its entire performance period (48 months including renewals). Lot 2 covers editorial, secretarial and rewriting services for the web for the needs of Solideo's Communication and Public Affairs Department.It comprises the following tasks:- task 1 - project follow-up meetings- task 2 - text drafting- task 3 - data sheet drafting- task 4 - rewriting- task 5 - editorial secretarial servicesthis contract comprises a part which falls under the public procurement system, with a global and lump-sum price, and a part which falls under the framework agreement system giving rise to the issue of purchase orders, remunerated by the application of a unit price schedule, as governed by articles L. 2125-1- 1° and R. 2162-1 et seq. of the French Public Procurement Code. This last part is concluded with no minimum amount and a maximum amount of 100,000 euro(s) excl. tax over its entire performance period (24 months including renewals).
