As part of this procurement procedure, the Free State of Bavaria (contracting authority) - represented here by the Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg - is awarding contracts for 9 state universities and 15 state universities of applied sciences\/technical universities\/universities of art and music, 1 subordinate state institution as well as 2 university hospitals (institutions under public law), the University of the Federal Armed Forces Munich and 2 ecclesiastical universities\/colleges\/colleges of art and music as well as their co-supplied institutions (for details see the participating institutions to be supplied mentioned under point 2) a framework agreement for?the purchase of printers and multifunctional devices in accordance with the specifications of the procedure.

The awarding authority is the Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg as a state institution representing the Free State of Bavaria.

The contract will be awarded in 2 lots:

Lot 1: Laser printers and laser multifunctional devices
Lot 2: Ink printers and ink multifunctional devices
