Description

With the tendered measure, paved paths are to be built in sections. As the first construction phase (BA 1), the northern path - referred to here as path 2 - is to be completely extended and paved, with grave facilities on both sides of the path. The natural stone edges running parallel to the path axis are the property of the cemetery, while the natural stones running across belong to the individual graves. In the course of the expansion, the edge stones are to be preserved as far as possible, provided they are stable and the height matches the new longitudinal axis. Otherwise, they must be carefully picked up, temporarily stored and, once the soil has been excavated and the gravel has been placed, relocated in the correct alignment and height. Missing stones will be provided by the client. The cross-section of the path body has a V-profile with a central gutter consisting of a 2-row paving strip 240/160/140 mm with longitudinal rainwater inlets. The receiving water is connected to lateral rainwater pipes. Concrete block paving 20/10/8 cm, color anthracite, without phase or with microphase is planned as surface reinforcement. In the course of the construction preparation, a soil survey was carried out, which is attached to the tender documents.Essentially, the following work is to be carried out:- Determination of loose kerbstones (Anröchter natural stone) to the graves- Removal and temporary storage of loose kerbstones- Excavation of soil with careful working method to the graves- Drainage facilities (rainwater inlets, connecting pipes)- Install frost protection material 0/45, Install frost protection material 0/45, compact- Reinstall stored kerbstones at the correct height and alignment- Install kerbstones supplied by the customer as a replacement delivery- Produce central paving channel- Install gravel base course 0/45, compact- Alignment work on edge areas, side paths- Produce paved surfaceArt and scope of workApprox. 70 m natural stone edging stones pick up, storeCa. 195 m³ excavated soilCa. 420 m² formation of subgradeCa. 80 m³ mineral mixture 0/32-45 as soil improvementCa. 42 m³ excavated soil pipe trenchesCa. 35 m³ additional material for trench backfillingCa. 30 m pipes DN 160-200 PP with fittings and connectionCa. 110 m kerbstones relocationCa. 320 m deep kerbstone T8Ca. 120 m paving strip 240/160/140 as river channel 2-lineCa. 420 m² frost protection layer 0/45, d=22 cmCa. 334 m² gravel base layer 0/45, d=16 cmCa. 380 m² concrete block paving 200/100/8 anthraciteCa. 25 m² concrete block paving 20/10/8Please note the special features of a cemetery. The work must be carried out calmly and carefully. Visitors should not be disturbed more than is unavoidable, and work may have to be interrupted during a burial close to the site. It may also be necessary to create interim conditions that allow burial in the area of path no. 2. The construction site area is only accessible with small machines.
