Part I: supply of integrated 4 (four) energy storage facilities each with a capacity of 1.5 MW and a capacity of 3 MWh together with inverters for 4 (four) synchronous wind power plants with a connection capacity of 2.5 MW each, with connection to the MV network and performance of all works necessary to start up energy storage facilities, configuration with wind power plants. Details. supply of 4 (four) energy storage facilities with a capacity of 3 MWh and a service life of not less than 10 (ten) years, for 8 000 (eight thousand) loading/unloading cycles with full DoD, for 4 (four) wind power plants with a capacity of 2.5 MW, b. connection to the SN,c. execution of all works necessary to start up the energy storage facilities, d. rated capacity of a single energy storage facility min. 3 max. 3.2 MWh.e. each energy storage facility should cooperate with a wind turbine for the consumption and supply of electricity, f. temperature range of the energy storage facilities: - 200C / + 400C,g. warehouse version - external container,h. inverter power - 1.5 MW, i. configuration of warehouses with wind power plants described in the ToR, j. other parameters of energy storage facilities - in accordance with the technical specification attached as Appendix No. 4 to the ToR. Generation, supply, installation, commissioning and servicing of 4 (four) synchronous wind power plants with a capacity of 2.5 MW each, including connection to the MV network, construction of foundations for wind power plants, soil strengthening. Construction of infrastructure for 4 (four) wind power plants and 4 (four) energy storage facilities with the scope of works: construction of access roads, assembly (manoeuvring) yards, construction of MV cable lines with teletechnical sewerage, construction of fiber optic cable lines, power lines and teletransmission links.Other:a. construction of comprehensive infrastructure for 4 (four) wind power plants and 4 (four) energy storage facilities, b. construction of access roads, c. construction of assembly (manoeuvring) yards, d. construction of MV cable lines with teletechnical sewerage, e. construction of fiber optic cable lines, power lines and teletransmission links - in accordance with the ToR and its attachments.
