INVITATION TO BID – COMMONWEALTH UNIVERSITY – LOCK HAVEN CAMPUSCWU-46- L:  Willis Cooling Tower ReplacementCommonwealth University – Lock Haven Campus of the PA State System of Higher Education invites Mechanical and Electrical Contractors, to download bid documents for this project. Work includes but not limited to construction required which includes all work as shown on the drawings and included in the contract documents for the mechanical and electrical utility modifications required to support the replacement of the Cooling Tower and Pumps in the Willis Health Professions Center.A Mandatory Pre-bid conference, with site visit to follow, will be held on September 20, 2024 – 10:00 AM at the at the Facilities Building Office 95 West 4th Street, Lock Haven PA 17745.  Electronic Bids are due no later than 1:00 PM, EDT on October 11, 2024 through Ariba Discovery – Source Point Bid Event located at http://seller.ariba.com The Bid package is available at http://seller.ariba.com .  In order to submit a proposal, interested bidders need to register http://seller.ariba.com  Registration is a free process that takes only a few minutes.
