Description of Requirement:
Shared Services Canada Development has a requirement for Wifi Tools and Apple Tablets, as per the List of Deliverables in the Request for Quotation.
Delivery Destination Area: Ottawa, Ontario
Delivery Date: All Firm Deliverables must be received no later than 30 federal government working days from Contract award or by March 31, 2020, whichever is sooner.
Security Requirements: N/A
Trade Agreements: National Security Exception
On May 4, 2014, the Government of Canada announced on the Government Electronic Tendering Service that it had invoked the National Security Exception under the trade agreements in respect of procurements related to end user device hardware, software and associated support services for Shared Services Canada. As a result, this requirement is subject to the National Security Exception and none of the Trade Agreements apply to this requirement.
Comprehensive Land Claim Agreements (CLCA): N/A
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
