The subject of the contract is maintenance services for medical gas pedals for radiotherapy, respiratory gating systems on CT scanners and Aria/Eclipse radiotherapy management and planning systems from Varian Medical Systems, including in particular: repairs, costs of service labor, costs of spare parts, inspection materials for all the equipment and systems listed below:1) TrueBeam Accelerator s/n H191529; 2) VitalBeam Accelerator s/n H193356; 3) TrueBeam Accelerator s/n H194556;4) RPM System s/n H507312; 5) Aria Management and Eclipse Treatment Planning System s/n HIT5232; 6) RGSC System s/n HGS2843 and providing technical and application support.
