Description

Provision of meteorological data observations and forecasts to the department via a web service and the provision of meteorological services (forecast bulletins, alerts on various climatological parameters, expert opinions and occasional intellectual services).
The services consist of:- providing satellite, radar and radar imagery specific to road management (observations and forecasts), - providing meteorological forecasts (daily precipitation forecast bulletin, weather forecasts to the commune, use of a forecaster), - providing alerts on various climatological parameters dedicated or not to road viability (snow alert, provide animated and interactive widgets, - provide occasional intellectual services, - train, if necessary, the personnel using the Web solution provided, - implement the solution adapted to the needs of the Val-de-Marne department. The services consist of:- providing hydro-meteorological imagery such as water level imagery, - creating monitored virtual surfaces and the associated alerts, - providing hydro-meteorological data, - providing intellectual services, - training, if necessary, the user staff of the Web solution provided, - commissioning the solution adapted to the needs of the Val-de-Marne department.
