The objective of the services of the present consultancy is to carry out the execution of the Community Development and Institutional Strengthening Component DESCOM-FI of the Investment Phase of the following project(s) CONST. SIST. ALCANT. SANTI Y PTAR REDENCION PAMPA (MOJOCOYA) to carry out the Community Development work with the beneficiaries of the project, provided by the CONSULTANT in accordance with the DBC and the Awarded Proposal, strictly and absolutely subject to this Contract and the documents that are part of it.
The CONSULTANT shall assume full responsibility for the DESCOM -FI Consultancy in accordance with the following scopes: - To develop (organization and financing) the activities described in the Operational Matrix, same that must consider the DESCOM-FI Guide (to be delivered by SENASBA)", as its reference in terms of activity specifications. The budget of the consultancy includes the material and equipment necessary for the development of the different activities, including the publicity of the same, in addition to the corresponding rentals of rooms to carry out the activities.- To organize the community for the management and social control in the execution of the Water and/or sanitation projects.- To elaborate, organize and develop the training plan according to the operative matrices.- To elaborate the contents and materials for the training and the development of the training plan according to the operative matrices.- To elaborate the contents and materials for the training and the development of the training plan according to the operative matrices.- To elaborate the contents and materials for the training of the community. Elaborate training contents and materials with an ethnic-cultural, gender and generational approach for each module, using inputs from the community itself, and those required by the technical team or other stakeholders. Train community operators in skills and abilities for the operation and maintenance of all the components of the Potable Water and/or Sanitation system (wastewater plant) with the support of a civil engineer in essential aspects of each component of the project - Assist the construction company in the ratification and liberation of affected lands, easements for the construction of the system and its components. Guarantee the intradomiciliary connections to the potable water system network by the community (if applicable) - Organize, conform and/or strengthen the EPSA and guide the community and the EPSA for the implementation of the same - Guide the EPSA to obtain its legal status.
