The subject matter of the contract is the construction of water and sewage infrastructure. The subject of the contract is the construction of the water and sewage infrastructure with the intelligent water management system in order to optimize the water production process and reduce losses, according to the technical documentation attached to SWZ, STWiORB (Terms of Reference), principles of technical knowledge and legal regulations binding in the Republic of Poland, within the period specified in the Contract.
The subject matter of the contract is the construction of water and sewage infrastructure The subject of the contract is the construction of water and sewage infrastructure along with an intelligent water management system to optimize the water production process and reduce losses, according to the technical documentation attached to SWZ, STWiORB, principles of technical knowledge and applicable laws and regulations in the Republic of Poland, within the period specified in the Contract. The subject matter of the contract includes the following tasks:Task 1: Construction of a water-sewer infrastructure, i.e. a gravity- and pump-driven sanitary sewer network, along with a sewage pumping station and a supply cable, as well as a water mains to plot No. 53/2 in Pełczyce. The scope of work includes: a) Gravity sewerage, b) Pump-driven sanitary sewerage, c) Sewage pumping station, d) Water mains, e) Reconstruction work of hardened surfaces.Task 2: Delivery and installation of an intelligent water management system to optimize the water production process and reduce losses. The scope of the task includes: Supply and installation of an intelligent water management system based on acoustic leak detection water meters, ultrasonic water meters, radio reading systems, leakage monitoring and zone balancing. I. System components (all components delivered under the contract must be brand new with no signs of use):I. 1. supply of ultrasonic water meters DN15, DN20 with built-in acoustic leak detection function on the water supply network covering sections from the connection to the water distribution pipes in inhabited areas. The water meters are to be installed at the connections at the water consumers. I. 2. supply of DN15, DN20 ultrasonic water meters for residential water consumers in the Pełczyce municipality area. Delivery of main ultrasonic water meters DN20 for multi-family buildings for balancing the differences in water consumption with respect to local water meters. I. 4. Delivery of zone ultrasonic water meters DN80 which enable water balance calculation in designated zones. I. 5. supply of radio equipment for automatic reading of water meters within the municipality.I. 6. supply and commissioning of a radio system for reading water meters connected to the reading equipment and collecting data sent at least once a day. I. 7. delivery and implementation of software for visualization of potential water loss places - leaks throughout the municipality. I. 8. delivery and launch of software for water supply balance calculation (calculation of potential water losses) in the created zones throughout the entire commune.
