Description

The subject matter of the contract is to execute the installation of central heating and hot water supplied from individual gas boilers, reconstruction of gas installation, ventilation, replacement of sanitary and electrical installations, renovation of the roof in the multi-family residential building at Więckowskiego 4 in Wrocław. "Reduction of chimney emissions in the housing stock of Wrocław Municipality through elimination of coal-fired heat sources - Stage 2 - buildings at Więckowskiego 4 Więckowskiego Street, planned to be co-financed from the European Regional Development Fund under the Regional Operational Programme for the Lower Silesian Voivodeship 2014-2020, Priority axis 3, Low-emission economy, Measure 3.3 "Energy efficiency in public buildings and the housing sector", Sub-measure 3.3.2 ZIT WrOF "Energy efficiency in public buildings
The subject matter of the contract includes in particular:1) liquidation of individual sources of heat and individual sources of preparation of domestic hot water, including dismantling of part of the solid fuel and tile stoves;2) leaving and not making part of the tile stoves;3) walling up, repairing plaster on the walls where the dismantled tile stoves were located, painting the walls, restoring the floors, system build-ups;4) walling up, repairing plaster on the walls where the left-over stoves are located;5) reconstruction of the internal gas system;6) installation of double-function gas boilers together with a flue gas discharge system;7) reconstruction of the ventilation system;8) execution of a new central heating, hot and cold tap water system;9) replacement of gas cookers with electric ones;10) reconstruction of the electrical system;11) replacement and extension of the internal sanitary sewage system;12) repair of the roof, roof trusses and attic ceiling
