Description

The subject matter of the order is to provide services of collection and management of municipal waste, indicated in the description of the subject matter of the order, from properties located in the Bobrowniki Municipality, where residents reside, from the Municipal Selective Waste Collection Point, together with supplying residents with bags for selective collection of municipal waste. The execution of the order will be carried out in accordance with generally applicable laws and local acts. The Contractor is obliged to perform all obligations contained in the provisions of the SWZZ and the Contract, as well as to exercise due diligence during the entire period of contract execution
The subject matter of the order is the provision of services for the task entitled Collection and management of municipal solid waste from property owners located in the Bobrowniki municipality and PSZOK. The scope of the order applies to all residential properties in the Bobrowniki municipality and PSZOK. The service is financed 100% by the Ordering Party.The number of residents registered in the Bobrowniki Municipality is 3022 people. The number of people included in the declarations (residing in the Bobrowniki Municipality) is 2323, including: - 45 people live in multi-family housing up to 8 units, - 40 people live in multi-family housing above 8 units, - 2235 people live in single-family housing. In the Bobrowniki municipality there are 859 households (multi- and single-family buildings), which is broken down by socio-district as follows: Bobrowniki - 306, Bobrownickie Pole - 164, Godpomóż - 63, Białe Błota - 18 Gnojno - 79, Brzustowa - 15, Polichnowo - 43, Rachcin - 121, Rybitwy - 50.In the Municipality there are 20 properties of legal entities and about 10 residential properties where business activities are carried out.Note: Quantities of properties are approximate. The contracting authority reserves the right to change the number of waste collection points.
