Description

The subject matter of the order is the collection, transportation and management of municipal waste from the Kleszczewo Municipality, together with the performance of additional services and obligations.Detailed description of the subject matter of the order (hereinafter referred to as OPZ) is attached as Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.
1 The subject matter of this order is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the Kleszczewo Municipality, for a period of 24 consecutive months, together with the performance of additional services and obligations.2. The subject matter of the order (hereinafter referred to as the "Service" or "Services") includes:1) collection of municipal waste cyclically, "at source" from the owners of properties located in the Kleszczewo Municipality (Greater Poland Province, Poznań County), who remain in the municipal municipal waste collection system, divided into the following fractions:(a) non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste (hereinafter also referred to as "mixed waste")b) paper;c) metals, plastics and multi-material packaging waste;d) glass;e) bio-waste constituting municipal waste (hereinafter also referred to as "bio-waste");2) transport of collected municipal waste referred to in item 1 (hereinafter also referred to as , "municipal waste") to the place of collection (management) of waste, provided by the Contractor and indicated in the bid, with the exception of the place of collection (management) of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste, which is provided by the Contractor and the Contractor is obliged to transfer the entire stream of the indicated waste fraction to the designated place - Municipal Waste Thermal Processing Installation in Poznań (hereinafter referred to as "ITPOK"), 3) management of waste referred to in item 1), with the exception of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste, which is managed at the place designated by the Contractor. Management of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste will be at the expense of the Ordering Party (will not be borne by the Contractor);4) implementation of emergency pickups;5) providing property owners with bags for selective collection and collection of waste:a) paper,b) glass,c) metals, plastics and multi-material packaging waste,- to the extent that the waste deposition system provides for collection of waste in bags.6) the supply of RFID tags (transponders) and their installation on waste collection containers, installation and commissioning, implementation and provision of access to the system of identification of containers for collection of municipal waste using radio frequency identification technology (RFID);7) the implementation of services and duties related to the above in points 1) -6) and resulting from the contract documents.3.It is estimated that the following volume of the waste stream during the basic period of contract execution (24 months):-Nonsegregated (mixed) municipal waste (code : 20 03 01) 5400-Segregated waste - glass (codes: 15 01 07, 20 01 02) 530-Segregated waste - paper and cardboard (codes: 15 01 01, 15 01 05, 20 01 01) 730-Segregated waste - plastics, metals, multi-material packaging (codes: 15 01 02, 15 01 04, 15 01 05, 15 01 06, 20 01 39, 20 01 40) 890-Bio-waste (codes: 20 02 01, 20 01 08) 3450Detailed description of the subject matter of the order (hereinafter referred to as the "SOP") is attached as Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.The terms and conditions for the performance of the Subject of the Order are also contained in the draft provisions of the public procurement agreement (hereinafter "PPU"), which will be introduced into the content of this agreement, constituting Attachment No. 2 to the SWZ.
