Description

The subject of the contract is: collection and management of mixed and selectively collected municipal waste from properties inhabited by residents of the municipality of Sośno and from a selective municipal waste collection point in Sośno between 1 January 2021 and 31 December 2021. Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in Chapter 3 of the ToR (description of the subject matter of the contract).
The subject matter of the contract is collection and management of mixed and selectively collected municipal waste from properties inhabited by residents of the Municipality of Sośno and from the selective municipal waste collection point in Sośno (PSZOK) in the period from 1 January 2021 to 31 December 2021, in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and reduction of the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred for storage, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Communes, the provisions of the Waste Management Plan of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Province and the local law, including the provisions of the Regulations on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in the Sośno Commune. Scope of the Zamość Prem. includes collection and management of mixed unsegregated municipal waste and collection and management of segregated and collected in a selective manner from the inhabited real estate and PSZOK in Sosno, i.e.:1) inhabited real estate:a) paper and cardboard and paper and cardboard packaging;b) metals and metal packaging;c) plastics and plastic packaging;d) glass and glass packaging;e) multi-material packaging;f) biodegradable waste, including bio-waste, with the exception of green waste, which is accepted at the selective municipal waste collection point;(g) waste electrical and electronic equipment; (h) furniture and other bulky waste; (i) bottom ash and slag from domestic heating installations; (j) unsorted (mixed) municipal waste; (2) PSZOK in Sośnie, ul. Nowa 11, paper and cardboard and packaging from paper and cardboard, metals and packaging from metals, plastics and packaging from plastics, glass and packaging from glass and multi-materials, green waste, hazardous waste, including light bulbs, fluorescent lamps, LED lamps, etc, outdated medicines, chemicals, waste not eligible for medical waste generated in the household as a result of receiving medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in blood, in particular needles and syringes, used batteries, including accumulator batteries, used electrical and electronic equipment, furniture and other bulky waste, textiles and clothing, construction and demolition waste, used tyres.During the execution of the order, the Contractor will ensure that appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods are achieved and that the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent for storage is limited. The entity collecting mixed municipal waste, green waste and residues from sorting of municipal waste intended for storage will be obliged to manage (collection, transport, recovery or neutralization) - in accordance with the Waste Management Plan of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Province, Estimated amount of waste collected during the execution of the order from the estate of the castle and from the PSZOK covered by the castle in question on the territory of the Sośno commune is approx. 950.00 Mg, of which:a) mixed waste (20 03 01) - 500 Mg;b) glass (15 01 07) - 105 Mg;c) paper, cardboard, plastic, metal packaging and mixed packaging waste (15 01 02, 15 01 01, 20 01 38, 15 01 06) - 110 Mg;d) biodegradable waste (20 02 01) - 53 Mg;e) ash (ex 20 01 99) - 110 Mg;f) clothing (20 01 10) - 2 Mg;(g) discarded electrical and electronic equipment including batteries and accumulators - 9 Mg;h) discarded tyres (16 01 03) - 10 Mg;i) bulky waste (20 03 07) - 40 Mg;j) concrete, ceramic and rubble waste (17 09 04, 17 01 01, 17 01 07) - 10 Mg;k) out-of-date medicines (20 01 32) - 0,1 Mg;l) hazardous waste, including bulbs, fluorescent lamps, LED lamps etc., chemist(...) - 0.9 Mg.A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in chapter 3 of the ToR.
