Description

The subject matter of the contract is a service within the meaning of Art. 2(10) of the PPL, consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from residential properties located in the Białe Błota Commune in sectors, in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and reduction of the weight of biodegradable municipal waste submitted for storage.The scope and conditions of performance of the subject matter of the contract are specified in detail in the Description of the subject matter of the contract (Annex I). The subject matter of the contract covers the collection and management of municipal waste from residential properties located in the Białe Błota Municipality in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, and reduction of the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent for storage from localities: Białe Błota, Trzciniec, Przyłęki, Prądki, Ciele, Zielonka, Kruszyn Krajeński with the exception of Łochowska Street, Usługowa Street, Kolejowa Street, Przemysłowa Street, Patrolowa Street, Wjazdowa Street, Wyjazdowa Street and Szosy Szubińskiej (left side even numbers).
