The subject matter of the contract is a service consisting of collection of municipal waste from owners of residential properties and nonresidential properties on which residents do not reside and municipal waste is produced (resolution unpublished) located in the Municipality of Paslek (Elbląski County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship)
1.The subject matter of the contract is the service of collecting municipal waste from owners of inhabited properties and non-residential properties, where residents do not reside and municipal waste is produced (resolution unpublished) located in the Municipality of Paslek (Elbląski County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship), and their delivery to the municipal installation, i.e. to Zakład Utylizacji Odpadów Sp. z o. o. in Elbląg ul. Mazurska 42, via the Municipal Waste Transfer Station in Robity (Pasłęk Municipality), except for:1)bio-waste;2)hazardous waste;3)expired medicines and chemicals;4)non-eligible medical waste generated in the household as a result of receiving medicinal products by injection and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular, needles and syringes;5)used batteries and accumulators;6)used electrical and electronic equipment;7)construction and demolition waste;8)ash;2.Which should be delivered directly to the Waste Disposal Plant Sp. z o. o. in Elbląg ul. Mazurska 42, in a manner that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, as well as reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred for storage, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (t.j. Journal of Laws 2023, item 1469, as amended), and the provisions of the Rules and Regulations for Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in the Municipality of Pasłęk, as set forth in Resolution No. I/8/20 of the Municipal Council of Pasłęk dated February 7, 2020 on adopting the Rules and Regulations for Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in the Municipality of Pasłęk (Official Gazette of Woj. W-M of 2020, item 1640) as amended by Resolution No. II/17/23 of the Pasłęk Municipal Council of February 17, 2023 (Official Gazette of Woj. W-M of 2023, item 1678) (Appendix No. 1 to SWZ) and Resolution No. I/13/20 of the Pasłęk Municipal Council of February 7, 2020 on the detailed manner and scope of providing services in the field of municipal waste collection and management in exchange for the fee for municipal waste management paid by the property owner (Dz. Urz. Woj. W-M of 2020, item 1208) (Appendix No. 2 to SWZ).The bid requires security in the form of a bid bond in the amount of PLN 50,000.00 (in words: fifty thousand zlotys zero cents).
